Pre Primary admission process for the academic session 2024-25:

Pre Primary admission process for the academic session 2024-25 is open through Online Process Only. No offline enquiries will be entertained. Please Register online through the website- www.asiaenglishschool.org - Enquiry Form

Pre-Primary Section consists of Nursery, Jr.KG, and Sr.KG and caters to the age group between 3yrs to 5yrs.

No Test or formal interview will be conducted for Pre-Primary students for admission.

Admission form will be available at school

You will be required to bring documents for verification and subsequent admission as mentioned in the Admission form.

Important Information

It is clarified for understanding of all that ASIA English School is an inclusive school with limited expertise in handling severe learning disorders. Any child, who can be part of the main stream under inclusive education with the available facility in the school both medical and otherwise, would be considered for admission. In such cases, a certificate of disability (original) from a government hospital should be shown at the time of verification. Any concealment of relevant information if discovered later would lead to cancellation of admission.

The school reserves the right to cancel the applications of any candidate at any stage due to wrong/incorrect information or incomplete submission of documents.

Management of the school being the final authority, reserves the right to refuse any application without assigning any reasons

Withdrawal

If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to inform a month in advance.

Incase of withdrawal, Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all dues are settled.

Primary admission process for the academic session 2024-25:

The age for admission to Std. I is according to the Government rules and regulations. Subject to the availability of vacancies in any class, admissions are given to deserving pupils producing the transfer / leaving certificate from the previous school. In case of pupils coming from other states, such certificates are required to be counter signed by the educational authorities of the state concerned. The management however, reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason whatsoever. The pupil selected for admission should deposit the prescribed fees in the school office on or before the specified date and failure to do so will result in forfeiting their right to admission. For fresh admissions, the birth certificate should invariably be produced.

FEES

Fees as notified by school from time to time shall be payable. School does not charge any capitation fee.
